OWNER / MANAGER / SNORKELING GUIDE
Bianca mainly works behind the scenes at Reefinity Adventures and has owned & operated Reefinity Adventures since October 2022. Bianca has loved the Great Barrier Reef since a toddler & still loves to get out to Michaelmas Cay for a snorkel with the large variety of fish species.
If your lucky enough to meet Bianca on a charter you'll see why her nicknames "Turbo Tongue"
Rick
OWNER / MANAGER
Rick is a true gentleman and adventurer with a zest for life. He has over 30 years’ boating & fishing experience & loves the FNQ and the amazing Great Barrier Reef.
Rick discovered his passion for the great outdoors early in life. With fishing, boating and the outdoors being his greatest passion, Rick loves nothing more than seeing people enjoy a day out on the water and a smile on their dial.
Jed
Coxswain / Professional Dive Instructor / Fishing Guide / Crew
Jed (No1 skipper in FNQ) Jed's extensive qualifications include: Coxswain, First Aid CPR/O2, Cert II in Maritime Operations, PADI Open Water Instructor
As a PADI Open Water Instructor, Jed began diving for a well-known local operator and continues to showcase our backyard to visitors and locals visiting. During his leisure time, Jed personally enjoys fishing, spearfishing and diving the Great Barrier Reef.
Jeds’s passion for the marine industry, Coxswain duties, dive safety and the Great Barrier Reef, means that Reefinity Adventurers Guests are assured an awesome quality, customer-focused experience where the utmost water safety standards are upheld. These attributes align perfectly with Reefinitys’ mission to deliver personalized private charters to visitors to our most awe-inspiring part of the world – Cairns, Far North Queensland!
Coupling his professional and personal experience, Jed represents the professional all-rounder for guiding your personalized Reefinity charter experience. Whether it’s snorkeling, diving, or fishing – Jed has got you covered!
Jem

Jem is a Cracker bloke, A real passionate fishing Guru that absolutely loves getting the guests onto the fish. Lots of Fish!
A true Aussie Icon, Come aboard and say G'day to Jem and have a yarn.
On Jems days off he likes to (You Guessed it) GO FISHIN!
Let him know what species you want to target and he'll give his absolute best effort to get your arms stretched!
Ella

Everybody Loves Ella, She has a huge Smile & even bigger passion for fishing, boating, Snorkeling and anything to do with the water.
If you're lucky enough to have Ella looking after you on your day, you're in great hands as Ella's been a keen boater more than half her life!
